Channel Georgia is glad to announce that Ljubomir Filipović has joined the company as Partner for the Balkans and Eastern Europe.
Ljubomir is a Montenegrin entrepreneur and consultant. In 2014 he was Acting Mayor of Budva, nation’s financial and touristic hub. He studied at the University of Belgrade and worked as an advisor in the Montenegrin parliament. He worked in the international private sector as a government relations specialist, and business developer. He lived and worked in Belgrade, Brussels, Moscow and Tbilisi.
In 2014 he has been elected to the Assembly of European Regions as the Political Bureau member.
In 2016 Mr. Filipović founded the “Budva 2020” civic foundation which acts in the fields of the local development and the reform of public administration.
In 2017, with the group of Montenegrin journalist, diplomats, politicians, scholars, and businessmen he founded The Naiad Center, a Montenegrin knowledge centre that focuses on politics and public affairs and stands for democracy, free market, individual liberties and peace. He coordinates the initiative group.
He is a co-founding partner in Europolitan Trends a consulting agency based in Brussels.

He is fluent in English and Russian and communicates in French.
