Channel Georgia is proud to announce that Aliya Saulebayeva has joined the company as Partner for the country of Kazakhstan.

Aliya Saulebayeva has 15 years’ of experience in corporate and business law. She has gained significant experience in legal support of the activities of large national companies in the fields of energy, construction and finances. She headed the legal departments of financial institutions and professional participants of the stock market, often recruited by foreign clients/investors on various issues within Kazakhstan legislation framework. On a regular basis, she was responsible for interaction and work with state regulators and state corporations, including the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. For five years, she successfully managed the official representative branch of the largest independent investment company of the Russian Federation. During
2016-2017 worked with JSC “National company» Astana EXPO-2017” on organization and carrying out art centers. She graduated from the Almaty Law Academy of Kazakh Humanitarian Law
University, the faculty of international law: specialisation – foreign economic activities. In addition, she received a Master’s degree in economics from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics, specialty – economics.
